Molly said she has severe endometriosis back in April 2018.
She got hitched to Jalen Rose, who used to play in the NBA and also worked at
ESPN, on July 20, 2018. But in December 2021, TMZ Sports said that Jalen had
filed for divorce after they'd been apart for about a year. She's a big fan of
the New York Giants in the NFL.

Versus, and FS1.
While she's been at ESPN, Molly has covered tons of big
events like multiple Super Bowls, the Heisman Trophy, the NBA draft, the NBA
All-Star Game, and the MLB All-Star Game. She's done hosting, reporting, and
interviews, and she's also been on ESPN's online stuff. In 2015, Molly started
co-hosting First Take, with Stephen A. Smith. They talked about all sorts of
sports stuff and gave their opinions on the news.
On September 15, 2025, Stephen A. Smith said on First Take
that Molly was leaving. He said that ESPN didn't want her to go, but she
decided it was time to leave.
