Engfa Waraha born
February 15, 1995) is a Thai singer, beauty pageant winner, and actress. She is

winner of the title of Miss Grand Thailand 2022 representing Bangkok. Later
that year, on October 25 in Indonesia, she went to be first-runner-up at Miss
Grand International 2022 representing Thailand.
In 2024, she starred in the film The Paradise of Thorns,
which crossed the box office mark of 150M Baht, and won her the Best Actress of
the Year award at the 2025 Thailand Box Office Awards. Her performances and
advocacy work started receiving international attention, including an award at
the Women in Cinema Gala from the Red Sea Film Festival Foundation during the
2025 Cannes Film Festival. Her work has also ignited important discussions

Early life and career
Waraha was born on February 15, 1995, in the Uthai Thani
Province to a family of musicians: her father was a keyboardist and her mother
a luk thung singer. She has two older sisters, Keytawan and Plaifa. As Waraha
came from a family of musicians, she learned the skills of music from her
parents before taking to the stage at the age of six. She became inspired by
the local traditions from an early age and had dreams of becoming a performer
in Likay as well as a Thai blessing ceremonial officiant. Waraha entered a
contract with Sangravee Entertainment, an artist management company based in
Bangkok, for 12 years to cover her father's medical treatment for terminal
cancer. She released four singles through the company in the interim, two in
2015 and two in 2016. After her father's passing in 2012, she met the Thai
blessing ceremony master Phonraphee Maneethai in 2013, who then encouraged her
to learn to officiate ceremonies and sing Thai verses until she became good
enough to do so professionally.
Engfa Sangravee became known from her participation in the
seventh season of the reality singing contest The Voice Thailand in 2018. She
was eliminated in the knockout round of the second chronicles of the contest.
Since then, she has been featured in various TV shows, such as guest roles in
sitcoms Pen Tor and Raberd Terd Terng, as well as game show appearances
including 123 Ranking Show, Still Standing Thailand, and Guess My Age.
Pageantry
In 2020, Waraha entered the contest for Miss Grand
Suphanburi, which is a provincial preliminary pageant for Miss Grand Thailand,
but withdrew due to contract issues. She returned to pageantry in 2022 when she
won Miss Grand Bangkok 2022, before going on to win Miss Grand Thailand 2022.
Then she went to participate in Miss Grand International 2022, where she became
the first runner-up.
