Early life and education

In November 2019, Dwayne made a cash purchase of $9.5 million for a 46-acre equestrian estate located in Powder Springs, Georgia. The estate has a 15,000-square-foot house with eight bedrooms and six bathrooms. However, for reasons unknown, Dwayne listed this property for sale just 14 months after the purchase for $7.5 million, which would have meant a loss of $2 million on the deal.

Previously, he owned a property that was just sold for $4.5 million near Fort Lauderdale in 2019.In April 2021, it was revealed that The Rock had paid $28.7 million for Paul Reiser's Beverly Park mansion.
