Malkova had also appeared in an Indian pornographic short monologue documentary and an Indian erotic thriller film directed by Ram Gopal Varma. Career
Malkova first stepped into the food-service industry where
she got her first job when she turned 16 from McDonald's and worked at Sizzler
until the weekend she shot her first scene for an adult video. By that time,
she had been the 'Twistys Treat of the Month' in December 2012 and the 2013
'Twistys Treat of the Year'. She had a contract to perform with her parent
company Aylo during that time, but that specific contract expired in 2014,
prompting her to sign a contract with another company, Hard X, in which she
would only perform scenes with men. Malkova at that time was Penthouse Pet of
Malkova, is also featured in Ram Gopal Varma's short
monologue documentary God, Sex and Truth (2018) which revolves around the power

Friends". Also in October 2020, she featured in the music video for the

year, she worked with Ram Gopal Varma again on the Indian erotic thriller
